If you can’t think of anything just say hello 🙂 Make sure you leave your email address if you are a ‘no-reply’ commenter.
2. Share this giveaway on a social media platform such as twitter or a Facebook Page (but not IG as we will be doing a separate giveaway there), and leave another comment telling me where you’ve posted it (with a link if possible).

  1. I would love to go to Northern Ireland on the beautiful Antrim coast or Donegal in the South. Spectacular scenery, friendly people and super food too. I miss Ireland so much!

  2. Besides home in Iowa, my favorite place to hang out is Sedona Arizona. Those quilt among the red rock of Sedona would be amazing. It's such a cool place to be. It would be so awesome to win this goody bag too!

  3. I would have it move to somewhere within easy driving distance (up to 2 hours), so maybe Harrogate, Leeds, York, or Lincoln itself. Thank you for an amazing giveaway. x

  4. I've never been to an event like Stitch Gathering but would love to go – some day. If it were in Victoria or Vancouver, BC, Canada, it would be great!

  5. Romantic poet Lord Byron famously put it thus: “At the moment of the creation of our planet, the most beautiful merging of land and sea occurred at the Montenegrin seaside… When the pearls of nature were sworn, an abundance of them were strewn all over this area.” Suzi Ross suzana@ blueyonder.co.uk

  6. Edinburgh is a pretty cool place to have it, but I'd love to have it somewhere like Colorado where there would be great opportunity for a shop hop too! Or, maybe just quietly on the shores of Lake Windermere with cream teas and a luxury hotel break built in. dreaming on …. Thanks for the giveaway opportunity, Jo.

  7. The Expo Center in Manchester, NH, USA has everything needed to host Stitch Gathering. MQX East is held there every year, and it's still growing. It's basically accessible to the entire eastern part of the US.

  8. Any place with a coastline would be a great! There would be indoor inspiration with the wonderful stitching projects and outdoor inspiration with the sea. Speaking of inspiration, thanks for all that you share!

  9. I would be sooooo happy to have the gathering here in Munich, Germany! It's a wonderful and famous city, not far away from the Alps and many beautiful lakes and forrests…

  10. Amazing hoodie bag. Being realistic rather than some far flung location I couldn't afford I'd love for the Stitch Gathering to be somewhere in the South like Exeter, Taunton or Bristol.

  11. Liverpool would be great, though I'm not sure one Stitch Gathering would be enough as we like to do things in duplicate (cathedrals, football teams) or even triplicate (universities).

  12. Since I don't get out much, WV, KY, OH area where they all meet! Then I could get to it! What a generous giveaway! I would love to win many of my favorites are in it! Thank you

  13. Nearer to me please! How about Allie Pally (er….. that's Alexander Palace)
where they are holding the Knitting and Stitching show this week!
Wonderful giveaway ….. I would love to win. Thanks for the chance!

  14. My favourite place in the world is Radium, British Columbia, Canada in the Rocky Mountains. This is where I would move the Stitch Gathering event to. Thanks!

  15. Oh this is wonderful. Thank you for the chance. What to think of Italy? Wouldn't that be great? I spent this summer on an Italian mountain top and dreamed about quilting and friends and lovely food. Pretty great, right?!

  16. One of my favourite places in the world is the small town of Carmel in California. What could be better than a day spent at the retreat then go to the beach to watch the sunset.

  17. I think a retreat on a tropical beach would be lovely! I'm picturing a thatched hut on stilts, where we could feel like we are outside but protected from the sun … I'm not really a beach person because I get bored, but if I was stitching all day, I would love the beach!
